The title is a little long yes, but I was really surprised when I tasted our Guatemalan. This is slightly lighter than our dark roast but is absolutely perfect for an espresso. I'll be honest I was a little surprised to find such balance in this espresso. I was primarily roasting for filter/drip, a longer type of brew.
